Stunning natural beauty, privacy on a premiere street.
Enjoy the views (Vashon, Olympics, Sound) from a cute perch waiting to be re-imagined. The original 1921 cottage was updated in the 60's with a mid-century vibe.
The views from the big picture windows are powerful: the ever-changing sky and water, the ferries, the storms, the sunsets, the wildlife. It gets better as inside living flows out to the large, entertainment-sized deck.
The kitchen opens to the living room (with a gas fireplace insert) and the dining room, which also looks west. The Master suite too. Two more bedrooms and a full bath are located on the backside. The rear patio provides shade on hot days and lush, hillside privacy.
The place is special: nearly 13,000 sq ft with mature, professional landscaping. The home sits high on the lot with ample room to add-on or to build your dream home. The neighborhood also rules—average residents stay longer than 20 years. (Only Blue Ridge is longer.) The nature, neighbors, Endolyne businesses, and Lincoln Park all help explain it. Come check it out.

We have loved living here for so many reasons.
Of course there's the spectacular ever-changing view of the sound: mountains, islands, forests, sunrises and sunsets, the ships and ferry crossings, soaring eagles and even a few orcas.
We love the walkable Endolyne neighborhood with short jaunts to the bus, Lincoln Park and ferry. The neighbors are friendly and we thoroughly enjoy the ones we've met. Several have become our close friends.
We love the flowers and have used no pesticides or herbicides. The gardens were planned and planted and added to over the years. The front garden doesn't block your view and a succession of perennials provide interest. The planting strip south of the top of the driveway has the most beautiful peach alstroemeria in early summer. Late summer phlox flowers in front of the house. The shade garden at the side of the house is always a favorite. The back garden was professionally designed and we planted everything. Begonias grow well in pots with fluffy soil on the lower steps. The cistern provides water for all the containers you would want to plant. Children and dogs love running up the hill and exploring the different levels.
The house has been very workable for us through the years. We love the open great room with all the views and the master suite with even more views. (The ceiling in the master has Stellar-Vision.) We seem to have plenty of storage, a well-used guestroom and an especially enjoyable office with a wildlife view of the back yard.
We appreciate the birds and wild animals and respect their right to come and go as they please. We hope you will protect and look after them too. Anyhow, enjoy the house, make changes and give it a new life with all of our blessings!
